Manitoba has strict regulations for
employees safety. Each employer is required to provide his employees with a
first aid kit especially if he/she works alone and cannot readily access first
aid facilities in case of an injury. The first aid kit has to meet certain
specifications as specified in the Manitoba regulations 217/2006. There is a
harsh penalty for businesses that do not meet these requirements.
